My passion is to coach people to make the most of themselves in their career and personally. And to gain insights into what works well for them - learning additional strategies to build a stronger narrative about who they are and what they can do. I have coached hundreds of people in leadership and career transition roles. I work with my 2 horses and my clients to provide an effective personal and professional development intervention for people with the courage to try a different approach. Equine Experiential Education programs can significantly assist people to tap into their professional development and leaderwork capabilities by guiding them in how to draw on their unique strengths and attributes. Equine assisted Team building and Leadership exercises enhance this work.
