Our 1 Day "Smarter Kinder Workshop", offers a distinctive activity based Professional Development approach that leverages the Job Crafting method and tools. You focus on the Core Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Cognitive strengths that you need to thrive at work. 

Our turbo charged approach, Role Sculpting, invites your organisation to participate in the Job Crafting process. 

 

To accentuate this we co-facilitate with our well trained horses. No horse handling experience is necessary. You decide how much interaction, if any, you have with the horses. We employ an Experiential Education approach (not therapeutic).

Our Equine Experiential Exercises feed into the Job Crafting method by  encouraging you to: 

1. Notice your reactions (know myself),

2. Take charge of your responses (choose myself)

3. Decide what is really important (decide myself).

Why Horses?  

1. Smarter Kinder: Horses react immediately & without judgment to our human emotional state. They expect us to step up and use our EQ & thinking strengths.

2. Leaderwork: Horses weigh in at 500 kilos plus. They do not have to follow our lead.  Evidence shows that people become more willing to accept responsibility, and importantly gain the ability to act, when they are among horses.

3. Better practice. Horses are experts in non-verbal communication. By observing their abilities we can learn how to better read other people and situations.
